Over the past decade, I have supervised numerous industry-based Diploma in Quality Management projects across diverse sectors including manufacturing, food processing, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, plantations, public sector services, and export industries. These projects have focused on practical quality improvement, productivity enhancement, cost reduction, defect minimization, and service excellence, enabling organizations to translate quality management principles into measurable operational results. Through this supervision role, I have contributed to strengthening Sri Lanka’s national quality infrastructure by mentoring professionals, promoting evidence-based problem solving, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within organizations.
